It was a long standing debate between Dan and I. Dan loves the peanut butter cookies with the chocolate ‘kiss’ smooshed into the center. I just never saw the appeal. But I love to see Dan eat cookies. So, I created this classic peanut butter cookie (complete with actual fork-mark) and slathered it in organic dark chocolate. There wasn’t much to argue about after that. Well, not about cookies anwyay. Organic ingredients, better jobs & an artisan philosophy! That’s why we say that we’re Baking a Difference."
