*All packages include USPS Priority shipping. We currently ship to U.S. addresses, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. Please allow extra time for Alaska, Hawaii, & APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to other countries.

* We Package All Orders Fresh *
*All orders are packaged fresh as you order them and they will usually ship out within 24 hours of ordering. EST. Orders placed on the weekend or a postal holiday will ship the next business day. We often ship out packages on Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed.
* Tracking Your Package *
A delivery confirmation number will be emailed directly to you by PackageToGo.com once your order has been shipped. Please provide your correct email address so you can get this information. * USPS Priority Mail averages 2-3 business days for delivery. This information is provided by the USPS, and this cannot be guaranteed. Tracking your package is simple!
* We Will Ship Your Package Express*
For a charge of $39.00 you will be able to ship your package express through the United States Postal Service.
Please note that in most areas this service is overnight guaranteed by the next day. In some areas it may take 2 nights for your package to be delivered by express, which is guaranteed. The amount of time the express service will take all depends upon the US Postal Services guidelines and the area it is going to. To view how long this service will take, view the postal services website at www.USPS.com and enter our zip code 01077 to the delivery zip code and it will give you estimated delivery time.
* Please Check To See If You Have The Correct Address *
* Most colleges have their own mailroom, and students have their own campus box number. Please provide us with the correct address, such as Student Name, College Name, Address, and student Campus Box number or Address. We will make every effort to ensure it is a correct delivery address when we send the package. Students sometimes are required to pick up their packages at a certain location, or a mailroom. This may actually add extra time for delivery. The student will receive notification from the school either by email or a notice in their mailbox that they have a package. You may wish to notify the student of an expected delivery so they will be aware of this.
* Package To Go will not be responsible for packages not picked up, or packages that were mis-directed due to an incorrect address given. If the post office returns the package to us as not deliverable, no refunds will be given. In this case, the packages are thrown out because we cannot re-sell food once it left our shop. We will contact you if a package is returned to us to discuss the correct address.
* Package To Go reserves the right to ship with another provider such as FedEx or UPS if needed. You may choose this option to have your package shipped by either FedEx or UPS ground shipping. Please note that your package may take up to 7 days for delivery with this option. Simply email us if you would like this option.
* We Ship Everything In Boxes *
Please note that we ship all packages in boxes that can be recycled. The insides have krinkle paper that also is recyclable. No need for any pails, buckets or baskets that will clutter up the student’s rooms! If this is a special occasion, such as a birthday or a holiday, we have been known to make it a little extra special. We are very creative here at Package To Go!
